Mr. Woodard passed away on November 30, 2025, in Jackson, TN. He was born on July 26, 1956, in Jackson, TN to the late Wallie Woodard and Mildred Marie Lynch Woodard. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Beverley Orr.
Mr. Woodard is survived by his brother, Jim Woodard (Pam); sisters, Debbie Pryor (Downing), Vickie McKenzie (Lamar).
