Wendell Monroe Patterson, Jr.

Funeral services for Mr. Wendell Monroe Patterson, Jr., age 87, will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Bro. Gerald Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Browns Church Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held from 11 am – 1 pm before the service.

Mr. Patterson passed away on November 20, 2025, in Jackson, TN. He was born on March 18, 1938, in Madison County to the late Wendell Monroe Patterson and Nellie Sikes Patterson. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Raymond Wiggins, Grady Wiggins, George “Buzzy” Patterson.

Mr. Patterson is survived by his wife, Shirley Patterson; daughter, Lisa Daggett (Bill); grandchildren, Daniel Hatch (Jacquelyn), Hope Patterson; great grandchild, Nathan Hatch.
