Thomas Leon Lewis

Mr. Thomas Leon Lewis, age 79, passed away on October 23, 2025, at the TN State Veterans Home in Humboldt, TN. He was born on January 4, 1946, in Jackson, TN to the late Eddie B. Lewis and Addie Hardee Lewis. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mildred Blackwell; brother, Bobby Lewis.

Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife, Lynn Lewis; son, Thomas L. Lewis, II (Rebecca); daughter, Melissa Franco (Victor); brother, Eddie “Sonny” Lewis; sisters, Diane Wright, Peggy Burtin; grandchildren, Nicholas Lewis, Madison Cook, Thomas Patterson, Terry Patterson, Marshall Lewis; great grandchildren, Layla Patterson, Joseph Patterson, Jace Cook, Kylar Cook, Noah Cook, Landon Cook. Longtime best friend, Jimmy Leach.

A memorial service for Mr. Lewis will be held at a later date.
