Mrs. Theresa Faye Ada, age 64, passed away on December 31, 2021, in Jackson, TN. She was born on February 18, 1957, in Jackson, TN to the late Jack Ada and Marie Durham McKinney. Mrs. Ada is survived by her sisters, Marilyn Rouse and Darlene Tate. The family has chosen cremation and a memorial service may be set at a later date.
