Ray Lexie Taylor

Graveside services for Mr. Ray Lexie Taylor, age 81, will be held at 2 pm Sunday, November 14, 2021, at Ridgecrest Cemetery. Mr. Taylor passed away on November 11, 2021, in Jackson, TN. He was born on May 26, 1940, in Uptonville, TN to the late William Luther Taylor and Mossie Bell Robinson Taylor. He was the owner of Hwy 70 wrecker service. He was also a founding partner of Jackson Dragway and he was a Reserve Deputy with the Madison County Sheriff Department. Mr. Taylor was a Baptist in belief. He graduated from South Side High School in 1958. Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife, Brenda Utley Taylor; daughter, Gina Upton, Chuck Upton; sister, Lila Taylor Hall; grandchildren, Lexie Upton and Lainey Upton; niece, Connie Perkins (Stan); nephew, Russ Hall (Cindy). In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations to the charity of your choice.
