Patsy Louise Walters
Mrs. Patsy Louise Walters, age 80, passed away on April 30, 2025, at her home in Jackson, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bufford Smith and Bill Smith.
Mrs. Walters is survived by her husband, Roy Lee Walters; sons, Roy E. Walters, Jimmy Lee Walters (Katherine); daughter, Patricia Darlene Dugger; brothers, Brady Smith, Emmit Smith; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A memorial service for Mrs. Walters will be held at a later date.
