Norma Cogdell

A graveside service for Mrs. Norma Cogdell, age 89, will be held at 11 am Saturday, March 2, 2024, at Parker’s Crossroads Cemetery with Rev. Ray Pack officiating.

Mrs. Cogdell entered her heavenly home on February 24, 2024 in Jackson, TN. She was born on December 10, 1934 in Carroll County, to the late James Robert Milam and Nancy “Massey” Milam. She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Charles Thomas Melton; second husband, Elmer Louis Cogdell; brothers, JM Milam, Eulis Massey Milam; sisters, Georgia Florence Smith, Louis Arlene Bennett, Wilma Elizabeth Finley, and Nancy Marion Milam.

Mrs. Cogdell is survived by her daughters, Melanie Melton Trull (John), Tami Stewart-Neese (Gerry); four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
