Monte Dale Conley
Mr. Monte Dale Conley, age 71, passed away on July 21, 2024, at Northbrooke Heath Care in Jackson, TN. He was born on April 8, 1953, in Jackson, TN to the late Ralph J. Conley and Doris Moody Conley.
Mr. Conley is survived by his wife, Jennifer Ortiz; son, Matthew Conley (Andrea); daughters, Stacy Conley-Snowball (Dean), Sara Conley-Boyd (Terell); ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A memorial service for Mr. Conley will be held at a later date.
