Funeral services for Mr. Michael Lee Rainey, Jr., age 37, will be held at 1 pm Friday, March 1, 2024, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be held from 11 am till 1 pm before the service.

Mr. Rainey, Jr. passed away on February 25, 2024, in Jackson, TN. He was born on May 8, 1986, in Jackson, TN to Michael Lee Rainey and the late Wanda Jane Brassfield Rainey.

Mr. Rainey, Jr. is survived by his father; grandmother, Lind Brassfield; fiancé, Summer Byrum; sons, Jayden Rainey, Brayden Byrum, Riley Byrum; stepsons, Austin Byrum, Justin Byrum; daughters, Alyssa Rainey, Bella Byrum, Emilee Byrum, Kaylee Byrum, Makenzie Byrum; brother, Brian Rainey.
