Graveside services for Mr. Jewell W. Dorris, age 64, will be held at 2:30 pm Sunday, May 6, 2018, at New Union Cemetery. Mr. Dorris passed away May 2, 2018 in Jackson, Tennessee. He was born May 1, 1954 to Russell and Clara Stewart Dorris. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Dorris; brothers, Billy Joe Dorris, Buddy Dorris and Dennis Wayne Dorris; sister, Shelia Singleton. Surviving relatives include his mother, Clara Stewart Dorris; son, Justin Dorris; sisters, Linda Branch and Sue Bowman (Jimmy); brother, Richard Dorris (Gina); grandchildren, Jackson Dorris, Whitney Martindale, Brice Glidewell, Chandler Martindale and Kirby Woodruff; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
