Funeral services for Ms. Jewel Marie Ward, age 82, will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2019, at 1:30 pm in the chapel of Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Riddle officiating. Interment will follow in Ridgecrest Cemetery. Ms. Ward passed away on November 28, 2019, in Jackson, TN. She was born on February 24, 1937, in Bradford, TN. Ms. Ward is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Glen Dale Ward; daughters in law, Melba Smith and Darlene Ward. Ms. Ward is survived by sons, Michael Ward (Becky), Robert Ward (Pam), Johnny Ward; daughter, Susie Elder (Darrell); sisters, Donna White (Johnny), Peggy Sharp (Joe); six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren. Visitation for Ms. Ward will be held on Sunday, December 1, 2019, from 11 am till 1:30 pm at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home.
