James Edward Jimmy Yelverton, Sr.

Mr. James Edward "Jimmy" Yelverton, Sr., age 63, passed away August 14, 2018, in Jackson, Tennessee. He was born July 6, 1955, in Jackson, Tennessee to the late Ivy and Hattie Scott Yelverton. Surviving relatives include his wife, Cindy Yelverton; son, James Edward Yelverton, Jr. (Jamie); brothers, Calvin Yelverton (Debra) and Johnny Yelverton (Hannah); sisters, Shirley Forgy and Brenda Matthews (Edward); granddaughter, Jessica Wright. Visitation with the family will be held Friday, August 17, 2018, 5-7 pm at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home.
