James Harold Burns

Memorial service for Mr. James Harold Burns, age 73, will be held at 4 pm on Friday, November 21, 2025, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Bro. Jessie Loew officiating. Visitation with the family will be held from 3-4 pm before the service.

Mr. Burns passed away on November 13, 2025, in Jackson, TN. He was born on March 23, 1952, in Jackson, TN to the late James Freeman Burns and Dorothy Sue Bickerstaff Burns. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Brenda Hammon, Nancy Glenn.

Mr. Burns is survived by his wife, Jeanne DeNote; sons, Brandon Burns, Cameron Burns; daughters, Brandi Burns, Amber Loew; sister, Gail Wernimont; nine grandchildren.
