Frederick K. Lytton

Fredrick K. Lytton, age 56, passed away tragically and unexpectedly on August 4, 2026. He will be remembered for his strong spirit, perseverance, and love of life. A dedicated cross-country truck driver, Fred enjoyed the open road, NASCAR, animals, and classic country music.

Fred was the son of the late Jewel Matlock Lytton. He is survived by his siblings Kimberly Lytton of Jackson, TN, Kennetha Lytton of Monroe, LA, and David Lytton of Ada, OK. He was preceded in death by his brothers Daniel Lytton and Mark Bargery.

Fred was a beloved uncle to Brandon (Teegan) Covarrubias, Rickey Rector, Brandi (Steven) Penrose, Gustavo Covarrubias, Faith Lytton, Taylor Smith, Cody Mccalman, Hailey Mccalman, Zachary Neesmith, and Brittany Neesmith. He was a cherished great-uncle to Amara, Kailuna, Austin, and Hope. Fred will also be remembered by his Aunt Faye (Thomas) Spence, cousins Andy Spence and Melissa Spence, and longtime family friend, Robert Trent.

Though Fred's life was taken too soon, his memories and the love he shared with family and friends will remain forever.

Family and friends are invited to gather at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home (35 Meridian Springs Dr. Jackson, TN 38301) on Friday, August 14th, from 11:00am to 12:00pm for a final visitation. A funeral service will follow from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.

Interment at New Haven Cemetery in Ridgely, Tennessee.
