Memorial services for Mr. Franklin Eugene Hopper, age 84, will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at 11:00 am at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Mr. Hopper passed away on October 21, 2018, in Jackson, TN. He was born on August 14, 1934, in Jackson, TN, to the late Robert Franklin Hopper and Lucy Cordelia Sellers. Mr. Hopper is survived by his wife, Peggy Hopper. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, from 10:00 am till service time.
