Memorial services for Mr. Christopher Shane Middleton, age 44, will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday, December 15, 2018, in the chapel of Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Josh Middleton officiating. Mr. Middleton passed away December 2, 2018, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was born May 17, 1974, in Jackson, Tennessee to Terry and Rosa Middleton. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rosa Middleton; step-mother, Shelia Middleton. Surviving relatives include his father, Terry Middleton; son, Shane Love (Halie); sister, Crystal Gardner (Aaron); brothers, Terry Middleton, Jr., Josh Middleton (Darla). Visitation with the family will be held Saturday, December 15, 2018, 2-4 pm at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home.
