Billy Threadgill

Funeral services for Mr. Billy Threadgill, age 89, will be held at 1 pm on Monday, September 28, 2026, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home new location at 35 Meridian Springs Dr. Jackson, TN with Bro. Jerry Welch officiating. Internment will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be held from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm prior to the service.

Mr. Threadgill passed away on September 23, 2026, at the Charter Senior Living of Jackson. He was born on September 23, 1937, in Huron, TN. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Charlene Pittman; grandson, Jeremy Pittman; great grandson, Tristian Dodd; aunt, Eula Spencer.

He is survived by his wife, June Threadgill; son, Charles Threadgill (Donna); daughter, Kimberly Lewis; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. 

Mr. Threadgill loved cars and racing. He also enjoyed being outdoors hunting and fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his family that he loved.
