Wilma Lee Holder

Funeral services for Mrs. Wilma Lee Holder, age 90, will be held at 1 pm Friday, October 28, 2022, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home. A visitation will be held with the family from 11 am-1 pm before the service.

Mrs. Holder passed away on October 25, 2022 at her home in Medon, TN. She was born on March 7, 1932, in Chester County to the late Howard Jones and Ida Louise Jones. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Oscar Harold Holder; daughters, Linda Sue Johnson, Glenda Kay Hornsby; sons, Oscar Harold Holder, Jr., Bobby Joe Holder.

Mrs. Holder is survived by her sons, David Howard Holder (Lettie), Terry Holder, Johnny Ray Holder; daughters, Joyce Stringfellow (Billy), Mary Doyle (Tim); brothers, Vernon Jones (Betty), Johnny Jones; sisters, Melba Sherrell (Ronnie), Debbie Richardson (James); nineteen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers for the service are Tim Doyle, Tim Doyle, Jr., Steven Doyle. Nick Elder, Lonny Ramey, and Brian Holder.
