Virginia Nell Earnest

Graveside services for Mrs. Virginia Nell Earnest, age 89, will be held at 4:30 pm Thursday, October 26, 2023, at Clover Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Medon, TN with Bro. Brent Pearce officiating. Visitation with the family will be held from 2 – 3:30 pm before the service at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home.

Mrs. Earnest passed away peacefully at her daughter's home in Jackson, TN on October 23, 2023. She was born on March 28, 1934, in Jackson, TN to the late Elmer R. Collins and Lessie Katherine Teague Collins. She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Randy Cecil Earnest.

Mrs. Earnest was a homemaker. She loved being with her family. She also enjoyed working in her flower garden. She was a great cook and made some of the best dishes.

Mrs. Earnest is survived by her son, Terry Michael Earnest; daughters, Kathy Armour (Dwight), Renee Earnest (Butch), Keyda Vann (Timmy); grandchildren, Josh Armour (Brittney), Jenny Loyd (Will), Ashley Goldstein (Jared), Alexis Rodgers (Kirk), Rayven LaFlash (Curtis), Blake Vann (Heather), Logan Vann (Rachel), Madyson Vann, Lane Vann; great grandchildren, Ali Engel and Abbi Loyd, Elly Grooms, Gavin and Eli Goldstein, Paislee, Camryn, and Rylie Rodgers.
