Born to Clyde E Cummings and Shirley Reynolds in Jackson TN. Survived by his wife of 23 years, Susan Cummings; his daughter, Sydney Cummings; sisters, Lovena Mattioli of Blakeslee, PA, Lisa Cummings of Covington, TX; brothers, Chris Cummings of Memphis, TN, Steve Cummings of Covington, TN; his stepmother, Gloria Cummings of Barrlette, TN; stepson, Eric Crawford of Murray, KY; special nephews, Joseph, Chase, and Jacob Mattioli; brother in laws, Jimmy Crawford, Jeff Crawford; along with several other cousins, nieces and nephews.

Terrence was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde Cummings and Shirley Reynolds Hughes; grandparents, Virginia and Clyde Cummings SR, as well as Wildred and Earl Reynolds.

Terrence was a retired ASE mechanic. He loved NASCAR and working on automobiles; he tinkered with them every chance he got. Attending races was always something that he loved doing, second only to spending time with family and his two wonderful dogs that were always by his side.

Terrence was of the Baptist Faith and a member of the Farmington Baptist Church in Farmington, KY.

Services will be held for Terrence on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Lawrence-Sorenson Funeral Home in Jackson TN. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Following visitation, family and friends are invited to join in a funeral procession to the Old Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, TN, where an interment service will be held at 12:30 PM and Terrence will be laid to rest.
