Louis Bond Meriwether

Funeral services for Mr. Louis Bond Meriwether, age 68, will be held at 2 pm Thursday, January 12, 2023, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Bass officiating. A visitation with the family will be from 12pm-2pm before the service. Internment will follow at Ararat Cemetery.

Mr. Meriwether passed away in Milan, TN on January 9, 2023. He was born November 18, 1954, in Madison County to the late Louis Meriwether, Jr. and Mabel Meriwether. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister Margaret Meriwether Smith.

Mr. Meriwether is survived by his wife of 48 years, Denise Meriwether; son, Michael Meriwether; daughters, Mandy Thornton (Chris), Jennifer Meriwether; sisters, Carolyn Chatham, Diane Campbell (Jimmy); grandchildren, Taylor Meriwether, Kayla Taylor, Ethan Meriwether Allen, Parker Smith, Landon Smith; and his precious Golden Retriever, Maddie.
