Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Winfred Taylor, age 82, will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019, at 2 pm in the chapel of Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Bro. Stan Griffin officiating. Interment will follow at Rogers Cemetery in Pinson, TN. Mr. Taylor passed away peacefully at his home on July 9, 2019, in Jackson, TN. He was born on June 23, 1937, in Jackson, TN to the late Alton B. Taylor and Gladys Lowraine Pyles Taylor. Mr. Taylor is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sue Taylor. Mr. Taylor is survived by his wife, Betty Taylor; son, Jerry Darrell (Debbie); daughters, Anna Marie Aldrich (Gary), Lisa Ann King (Ronald), Sharron Lynn Taylor; step daughters, Kim Taylor (Robert), Rose Gogel, Lisa Young (James); sisters, Helen Upton (Ronald), Jane Price (James); seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation for Mr. Taylor will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019, from 12 -2 pm at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home.
