Iva Varee Davis

Graveside services for Mrs. Iva Varee Ponds Davis, age 90, will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at Highland Memorial Gardens with Bro. Ronnie Bush officiating. Mrs. Davis passed away on September 23, 2021, at Maplewood Health Care Center in Jackson, TN. She was born on April 7, 1931, in Madison County, TN to the late Douglas Ponds and Maelou Henry Cearley. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leon Davis; great grandson, Ethan Paul Bush. Mrs. Davis is survived by her daughter, Tammy Bush (Bro. Ronnie); son, Keith Davis; grandchildren, Ronnie “Joey” Joe Bush, Jr. (Melanie), Gina Morton (George); great grandchildren, Lauren and Lilly Bush, Tyler and Kaylan Morton. Visitation with the family will be held from 12:30-1:30 pm Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home.
