Harold W Vann, Sr.

Funeral services for Mr. Harold Wayne Vann, Sr., age 69, will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, December 28, 2023, at Madison Baptist Church with Bro. Greg Gilbreath officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Garden. Visitation with the family will be held from 10:00 am- 1:00 pm prior to the service.

Mr. Vann passed away on December 25, 2023 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on March 31, 1954 in Jackson, TN to the late Clyde Edward Vann and Nancy Minton Vann. He is preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and four sisters.

He was a volunteer fireman for 41 years and technician for 36 years. Harold started his career at Jim Miles in 1980, and retired at Victory Honda in 2016. He was also a member of the Madison Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Madison Baptist Church.

Mr. Vann is survived by his wife, Wanda Vann; sons, Harold Wayne Vann, Jr. (Tammy) and Danny Joe Vann (Katrina); brother, Terry Vann (Virginia); sisters, Ruth York (Mike), Susie Horton (Ted), Alice Vann, Rhonda McDaniel (Terry); grandchildren, Cody, Dakota, Kessy Vann; special friend and brother, Bubba McCommon.
