Donald Ervin Rouse

Funeral services for Mr. Donald Ervin Rouse, age 91, will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Dyer officiating. Interment will be at Ridgecrest Cemetery following the service. A visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 from 5pm-7pm at Lawrence-Sorensen Funeral Home.

Mr. Rouse departed this life on May 11, 2024 in Jackson, TN surrounded by family. He was born on January 9, 1933 in Pinson, TN to the late Frank and Bessie Rouse. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Imogene Rouse; brothers, Guy Mullis, J.E. Mullis, Thomas Rouse; and sister, Inez Duncan.

He is survived by his son, Jeff Rouse; daughters, Lynne Hines (Deron) and Donna Barnes (Anthony); six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Rouse served his country in the Army during the Korean War and Vietnam War. He also worked as a parts manager for Jimmy Payne Mazda.
