Charles Livingston Welch

Graveside services for Mr. Charles Livingston Welch, age 94, will be held at 2 pm Sunday, November 7, 2021, at Beech Bluff Cemetery with Bro. Opie Dodrill officiating. Mr. Welch passed away on November 5, 2021, in Jackson, TN. He was born on January 28, 1927, in Humboldt, TN to the late B.H. Welch and Berdie Biles Welch. He was a lifelong member and deacon of Beech Bluff Baptist Church. Mr. Welch was a graduate of Madison High School and Jackson State. Mr. Welch was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Doris Matlock Welch; three brothers. Mr. Welch is survived by his son, Edward Welch and daughter, Deborah Ballard (Benny). A visitation with the family will be from 1:30- 2 pm before the service.
