Betty Mai Thomas Davis

Graveside services for Mrs. Betty Mai Thomas Davis, age 84, will be held at 4:30 pm on Friday, September 4, 2020, at Pleasant Springs UMC Cemetery in Chester County with Bro. Ron Davis Officiating. Mrs. Davis passed away on September 2, 2020, at Henderson Health and Rehab in Henderson, TN. She was born on November 7, 1935, in Medon, TN to the late William Albert Thomas and Alice Mai Haltom Thomas. Mrs. Davis was a very active member of Pleasant Springs UMC. She taught Sunday school, helped with V.B.S. and she was a member of the church choir. Mrs. Davis is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Edward "Snookey" Davis; five sisters, Evelyn Collins and Elizabeth Mayo, Alene Nanney, Lois Warren, and Virgie Rhodes; two brothers, Paul Thomas and Kenneth Thomas. Mrs. Davis is survived by her son, Jeff Davis (Kelly) and grandchild, Melanie Davis. Visitation for Mrs. Davis will be held on Friday, September 4, 2020, from 4:00 -4:30 pm at Pleasant Springs UMC Cemetery.
